聖飢魔II or Seikima -II or End of the Century!

according to Wiki, in a nutshell, they were another "hell-band" but that doesn't matter - hell, um, if hell looks like this, well... how friggin awesome is that. They formed in the early 80's disbanded in the late 90's - this video i guess was taken sometime in the mid 90's.
