So Time Warner decided that it would be OK for 500,000 high speed internet users to go without service for 3 days. Because I didn't need to retrieve power point slides from the internet for an exam on Monday...
What do we get? "Attention western New York customers: our engineers are working diligently to correct a problem causing no connectivity for high speed internet users." No reason explaining what happened. And I checked the Time Warner site from school, and they give no information whatsoever. Thanks, Time Warner!
